Sociology: how can make the world a better place?
Hello everyone! Today I want to talk about how sociology can make the world a better place. I think the way we view our career or our academic process could be different for everyone. So when I think about how my major could help me make the world a better place, I can't see it in only one way. But one way I think sociology can contribute is through a humanitarian perspective. With the creation of new public policies that promote an equality society. In my case, I have always been a multitasking person, so I have many different interests that can be mixed. In that sense, I expect my future investigations can contribute to that in the different areas I'm interest like gender, feminism and education. Also I want to link me with ONGs for helping others closely, because I think t he only way to know the real problems is to work them in a focused way and I think that through that, it could become a great contribution.
